Ranjitsinh Disale set an example for others; he has done great work as a Zilla Parishad’s primary school teacher from Solapur’s Paritewadi Village and has won the Global Teacher Prize 2022, with which he received $1 million.

Standing out of the folks and setting an example for others, he shared the prize money equally with the nine other teachers who made it to the top ten list.

While talking with one of the news channels, Disale said, “One of his students in Zilla Parishad’s primary school always says that, ‘God gives us to share with others, and this thought has stuck Disale for long years. So, while receiving the money, he got the idea to share the prize money with everyone who made it in the top ten. Today, he feels that the decision of sharing the prize money has tremendous outcomes.”
