The school designations for the year 2020-2021 have been announced by the Tennessee Department of Education today. These designations will be shortlisted from the 188 schools and 61 districts across the state. It will include top five percent of schools for educational success and the top five percent for student development.

The department also selected schools that have improved and earned their way off the Priority list, in addition to Reward schools. During these difficult times of the pandemic, the department continues to celebrate the hard work of its educators and students around the state.
