Three Sixty Journalism Teaches High School Students About Journalism
Sixty Journalism

A local non-profit program Three Sixty Journalism at the University of St. Thomas held a journalism camp for high school students. Students were invited to the campus to learn about reporting news and writing drafts of stories. Reporter Kirsten Swanson and photographer Monty Stuempert of 5 Eyewitness News, participated as coaches.

Three Sixty offers multimedia camps as well as school year programming. The main goal of the program is to improve writing and communication skills and to provide an immersive experience of life on a college level. The program helps to enhance the social skills of the students.
