o Participate in Survey of National Curriculum Framework, Education Minister Urges Citizens

Today, the Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is urging the citizens on Twitter to participate in the survey for National Curriculum Framework. He tweeted, “A vigorous National Curriculum Framework in line with the NEP 2020 will play a significant role in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat.”

Further, he added in his tweet, “Development of a vibrant, inclusive, futuristic National Curriculum Framework is essential for integrating cultural-rootedness along with global outlook, freeing education from a colonial hangover and inculcating a deeper sense of pride in next generations.”

To expand the scope of consultations relating to work, the Minister of Education launched an online public survey in July 2022; in the ongoing consultation work, they aim to revise the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), and on that basis, the textbook of the schools will be prepared.

If someone wants to provide their input on the revision of NCF can visit the official portal of NCF, i.e., ncfsurvey.ncert.gov.in. It is a broad framework with specific curriculum guidelines that every school should cover.
