Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, has reaffirmed his commitment to providing quality education to children residing in remote and rural areas of the state. As part of this initiative, the government plans to open one Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding School in each assembly constituency in a phased manner. These schools aim to bridge the educational gap and ensure that students in these areas have access to excellent facilities and resources.

Sukhu emphasized that these schools will be equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and the latest educational tools to facilitate effective learning. The government is dedicated to creating an environment where students from far-off regions can receive a holistic education that prepares them for the challenges of the future.

The establishment of Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding Schools reflects the government’s focus on inclusive education and addressing the educational needs of all children, regardless of their geographical location. By bringing quality education closer to the students’ homes, the government aims to uplift the education standards in rural areas and provide equal opportunities for growth and development.

This initiative is a testament to the state government’s dedication to empowering the youth and ensuring that they have access to the necessary resources for a bright and prosperous future. The opening of these schools will contribute to the overall development of the state by nurturing young minds and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
