The learning ambience and beyond

Effective scheduling and discipline are the key factors that promotes the learning ambience within the campus. Many students face concentration problems. To combat these issues, meditation and yoga classes are conducted once in a month. Regular assignment and homework are given to them and they are assessed regularly. They are also provided feedback and trajectory on improvement.

Students are free to ask their doubts anytime through dedicated online platforms like Watsapp or emails. A state-of-the-art learning management system with regular tests and assignments which are uploaded are some of the key factors ensuring the students’ growth. Video recording of all lectures are provided to students though the LMS. Students can access tests, study notes and video recording of lectures through a phone application provided by the institute.

Current certifications and training environment in India

The Bhataras feel that while adapting to change we must retain the basic fabric of student-mentor system in our culture. The guru we feel is paramount as a guide for a student. India has the largest youth population in the world and along with infrastructure we must focus equally on training of educators as being introduced by NEP. More objective tools must be available for assessments for students in schools.

In India, we are now using technology enabled teaching modalities instead of traditional in-person classes. At AB tutorials, we make sure we make a best use of resources available to us to reach out to students located far away, say the Bhataras. They feel both students and faculties are adapting well to the technology and time and distance is now no longer a hindrance to education. While using technology, the institute also uses monitoring and assessment systems which ensure that education training quality does not deteriorate.

Career opportunities and exposures at AB Tutorials

Students are provided exposure through regular awareness sessions by senior lawyers and retired judges. They are also exposed to the mooting system which is an integral part of law university. At AB Tutorials, transition management is conducted, which is counselling in transition into the law universities. Students are also provided internship assistance while in law university.

Once students enrol with AB Tutorials, they remain connected with the institute for lifetime. They are not limited to classes only. Internship platform is provided for good exposure.

Future prospects for expansion

The organisation wants to reach out to maximum students to be able to guide and assist them not only to realise their true potential but also receive the correct information about the profession.
