India has seen an increase in demand for preschool education over the past few years, exhibiting a rising number of playschools opening up across the country. The sheer data of people recognizing the need to provide children with a strong foundation for future learning indicates just how vital the need of a playschool is for a child’s holistic growth.
One way that playschools are impacting children is by teaching them things like social skills, language skills and emotional intelligence (EQ). These abilities will help children become more successful in school and life. Playschools also teach kids how to be creative, which helps with their cognitive development.
To have a clearer picture about the aforementioned importance of playschools, we had a conversation with experts in the early education domain.
In the following interview with Mr. Kapil Khandelwal and Mr. Rahul Khandelwal, the co-founders of Crianza Play School, share valuable insights into the discipline and necessity of early learning, how their venture is catering to all the needs of parents and young geniuses, and their future vision for the playschool.

Please introduce our audience to Crianza Play School as well as its vision and mission.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, two things have been badly affected viz., education of children and income of a common man. Keeping both the things in our mind, Crianza play school was established under the umbrella of Crianza Eduventures on 7th July 2021 at Lalsot, a small town in Dausa district of Rajasthan, with an objective Quality education at affordable price.
Our vision is to create a community where all children feel loved, respected, and encouraged to develop to their fullest potential. Our programme is planned to promote positive growth in the lives of all children.
We adopt a holistic approach that enables each child to develop their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities. We know that each child is unique and special, and that positive early childhood experiences are instrumental for a child’s overall development in later life.
Our programme promotes and maintains a safe environment that creates an opportunity for children to develop and grow in a positive manner through appropriate role modelling.

Crianza has a plethora of unique offerings and advantages. However, we specifically emphasize on the following three things:
The first unique aspect that Crianza has is its belief. We believe in fostering a love of learning for its own sake as the foundation for success. Fostering a love of learning equips students for an unknown and developing world without boundaries.

What is your Home-schooling programme all about? How does it foster comprehensive growth of young geniuses?
‘Quality education at affordable price’ keeping this statement in our mind, we at Crianza offer a unique home-schooling programme for the age group of 1.5 years to 6 years.
In our Home-schooling programme, we offer hard copies of workbooks, tutorial books, activity kit along with our home-schooling app. Apart from this, we offer skill development courses i.e., dinning etiquette and table manners, art, craft, and origami, fun with numbers and communication skills and personality development. We also conduct different competitions and parenting sessions in this home-schooling programme, from time to time.
If we talk about the fee of our home-schooling programme, it starts from Rs. 16/day which is less than the price of half a litre milk or half of the bill of your one-hour AC consumption.
By opting our home-schooling programme, a learner can learn following skills:
Creative skills, gross motor skills, social skills, physical fitness, visual skills, general awareness, fine motor skills, listening and speaking skills, logical and problem-solving skills.
In your opinion, what role does the environment play when it comes to creating efficient learning programmes for children? How does Crianza set up a caring and beneficial environment for your children?
The early childhood group learning environment has a very crucial role in children’s learning and development. The environment that we are in, affects our moods, ability to form relationships, effectiveness, and even our health.
We believe that environment is the ‘third teacher’ (after parents and educators) due to its importance in early learning. An effective environment will also be responsive, containing features that involve all five senses and provoke thinking, open-ended outcomes, and creativity.
Crianza developed a well-diversified environment at its place because a diverse environment creates a variety of experiences and opportunities for a young learner.
To what extent do you use technology/learning applications within your programmes? Do you think utilizing technology is beneficial for the kids’ learning?
In the 21st century, technology has become an integral part of our life and education is no exception to this. Integration of technology in education will surely be a game changer in the education sector but it cannot replace the physical learning completely.
We offer a home-schooling app in our programme which works on the philosophy ‘anytime from anywhere’. Apart from this, use of digital boards and tech-based teaching aids are also used in our classroom teaching.
What other programs do you plan to introduce within Crianza’s offerings in the future?
Our future plan is to expand throughout India and other countries as well. Apart from this, within a couple of months we are going to launch our Olympiad preparation programme which is dedicated to preparation of different national and international Olympiads for the students of class 1 to class 8 under the umbrella of Crianza Eduventures.
About the Leaders
Mr. Kapil Khandelwal earned his B. Tech in Information technology in the year of 2012. Just after the completion of his engineering, he joined as a faculty of maths and mental ability in one of the prestigious coaching institutes of India.
In the year of 2015, he paused his teaching and joined as a management trainee in one of the leading banks. In the banking sector, he successfully worked at different positions. But his passion towards teaching led him back again in the education sector and he resumed his teaching again in the year of 2021 by establishing Crianza Eduventures.
Mr. Rahul Khandelwal is graduate in mechanical engineering. Just after completing his engineering, he started working as a production engineer at Siyaram Poddar Group. But his inclination towards education motivated him to take further education.
Eventually, he quit his job and pursued his M. Tech in renewable energy technology. After completing his M. Tech, he started teaching physics to JEE, NEET, and Olympiad aspirants in prestigious institutes of Kota and Sikar. After getting a rich experience of the education sector, Rahul, along with his childhood friend Kapil, founded Crianza Eduventures.
