Delhi Government to Increase Seed Money

After the impressive success of 41 government school students, who used the seed money to deliver profitable projects, Delhi government has decided to increase the seed fund. The fund will be raised to Rs 2000, as announced during the annual budget this year. As part of the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum, students at government schools in Delhi were receiving Rs 1000 for their approved business ideas.

Delhi government also decided to extend this project to all government school students of classes 11 and 12. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that based on the results of the pilot project, the government may include a component of the EMC projects in its start-up policy that is currently in the work.
