In Jammu, the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) organised a 5-day Virtual Workshop on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in conjunction with Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF). Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director School Education Jammu, directed the workshop, which was held as part of the ECCE Project.

The workshop’s goal was to train 114 teachers in various ideas that would assist them to provide quality pre-primary education to KG children.

Through various social media platforms, 93 pre-primary teachers from ten districts in the Jammu division participated remotely.

The workshop was led by Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director of School Education, with Mamta Sharma, Deputy Director Planning, as the direct supervisor.
