The union budget 2022 was announced recently, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman allotted 1,04,277.72 crore for the financial year 2022-23 to the Ministry of Education. This budget is 12% higher than the financial year 2021-22.
The budget includes digital university, upskilling, the introduction of e-content in regional languages, job promises, and tv channels for school-going students. In the pandemic, the schools and colleges closer were happening, and it became very tough to progress. Digital literacy has taken a rise in this period but, there is still a large number of students that are unable to access digital services.
According to the minister, the use of technology will provide quality education for all the students. Combining teaching and technology will create the future more efficient for the teach-learn process.
