From Monday (October 11), the Himachal Pradesh government has authorized schools to reopen for pupils in Class 8, but only in line with all coronavirus disease (Covid-19)-related protocols.

According to a notification issued by the state government, education department is allowed to open the schools from class 8th onwards 11th October 2021. It will be in effect on all working days, according to SOPs for safety guidelines and Covid-19 regulations.

Also wearing of masks, hand sanitization, and social distancing are mandatory in all the schools across the state.
