The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) is a pioneer and trailblazer in promoting higher education in the Private Sector. It was started with an aim to groom young students who had the will to learn but unable to gain entry into the premier institutes for a variety of reasons.

The campus is located in a 91 acre eco – friendly campus in the city of Hyderabad. It is a fully residential campus and is equipped with all supporting facilities like, dining halls, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, recreation facilities (Gym and cultural clubs). It has own transport facility; clinic round the clock with beds and 4 doctors with 2 ambulances.

IFHE is equipped with the best of facilities to enhance the quality of teaching and learning process. Lecture theatres and classrooms are designed to facilitate the case pedagogy. All class rooms are networked and fitted with audio visual tools to enhance the teaching – learning experience. The IT infrastructure and library provide the necessary support to the faculty and students to update their knowledge for learning, research and consultancy. The campus is equipped with latest state-of-the art technology of high speed computer network and security. The library is fully supported by IT infrastructure. It is equipped with the latest software packages, CDs, Videos, Indian and International journals; magazines and research reports relating to management, science & technology, law and allied subjects.

ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education has achieved numerous landmarks throughout its illustrious journey. The Case Research Centre of the University is among the top three contributors to the Case Center, UK, the largest repository of the cases in the world. They are next only to Harvard and INSEAD. Their cases are taught in more than 870 B-schools across 75 countries. Moreover, 7% of the best-selling cases of Case Center UK are from IFHE. Also, 46 papers of the university have been published in A*/A journals listed in ABDC.

About the Vice Chancellor

Prof. J. Mahender Reddy is the Vice Chancellor of the University. As Vice Chancellor of ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Prof. Reddy has contributed significantly to the development of a research culture and good leadership at the University, enabling it to secure the ‘A’ grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). He has guided 14 Ph.Ds and 9 M.Phil scholars in Osmania and ICFAI Universities and published forty research papers, and ten books, in the areas, of foreign trade and investment, business and economic forecasting and applied economics.
