ICFAI signs MoU with MassMutual India as part of the Campus Outreach Program

ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education, Deemed University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the prestigious Financial Services Company MassMutual India on November  11, 2021 at ICFAI Campus, Hyderabad for launching MassMutual mentorship and training programs to the students of ICFAI University..

The approach taken by the MassMutual  is a way to lend its support towards higher education and research, through its Campus Outreach program including  internship and hiring etc. The Campus Outreach program would make students industry-ready well in advance and give them an edge over others even before graduating

MassMutual India aims to provide avenues for internship, either paid or otherwise, which later can be considered for full-time employment depending on the candidate’s performance.

As part of the MoU the teams of in-house experts at MassMutual India are identified who will lead and support entrepreneurial efforts of the students at ICFAI. They will be responsible for transforming their ideas through hackathons, master classes (Knowledge Sharing Sessions), coaching, mentoring and solutioning sessions.

Mr Ravi Tangirala, Head of MassMutual India said “We are extremely thrilled to sign this MoU with ICFAI and contribute to evolving the campus talent eco-system in Hyderabad” .

Dr. J Mahender Reddy, Vice Chancellor – ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education  said that “The agreement with the renowned organization MassMutual is a great value addition to ICFAI and its students which will further enhance the mentorship and internship activities during their studies”.
