Education Sector Received

On Saturday, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia presented a budget for the education sector of Rs 16,278 crore, some of which will be used to create boarding schools for homeless children.

There have been attempts to provide children with basic education, but they have only been somewhat successful. In his budget speech, Sisodia stated that they plan to establish a boarding school for homeless youngsters.

“It is not possible to get quality education unless basic facilities like food and shelter are in place. The Delhi government has decided to set up a boarding school with modern facilities for these underprivileged homeless children. These schools will try to bring them into the mainstream of society,” Sisodia said.

He also stated that the government will establish a School Science Museum at a Delhi school and that the Business Blasters program will be implemented in private schools.
