Jeetandra Kapoor – Chairman

Jeetendra ruled Bollywood in the 70’s and 80’s. With more than 200 films under his belt, Mr. Kapoor is one of the most recognized Film personalities and India’s most beloved leading man. Over the years he has received a number of awards including the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award, the Screen Lifetime Achievement Award, the Legends of Cinema Award and the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Award. In 2000, he took on the mantle of the Chairman of ICE Academic Council. His extensive network in the entertainment industry has been a great asset for ICE. Mr. Kapoor continues to steer the academy with his vision to keep pushing boundaries and opening new frontiers

Ekta Kapoor – Member

Ekta Kapoor heralded the satellite television boom in India, pioneering content creation for television and in the process creating some of India’s most successful TV shows. She has an unmatched understanding of Indian viewers which taken together with her content creation and marketing prowess creates magic. Her revolutionary work has won her many recognitions including Business woman of the year 2002, Entrepreneur of the year 2001, Woman of the Year 2001. Ekta believes in a hands-on approach and is extremely involved in the Academics at ICE, she continues to innovate and stay updated with the evolving Television climate, ensuring that Academics at ICE evolve in line with the current and forthcoming industry trends.

Hanumant Sabharwal, the Director of the institute.

Mr. Hanumant brings over 28 years of experience in leadership roles in the education industry, media education & corporate training.

Richa Bodas is the VP- Academics,Content & Delivery. She brings along the expertise and experience of 24 years in the field of education and training.

Santosh Patel is Sr VP, who also has 24 years of vibrant and eclectic experience across the advertising, FMCG, and education industries.

Veenti Bhola is Sr VP an MCA with expert insights in film and TV related courses such as acting, modeling, and so on.

It provides world-class quality training and experience through the infrastructure and teaching methodology of blended learning which incorporates elements of Instructor Lead Training (ILT), Computer Based Training (CBT), and Web Based Training (WBT).

The institute provides its students the scope to launch their careers through the ICE Launchpad. This software-driven placement initiative assists the students to take command of their career in this complex world of virtual story telling. Students also get the opportunity to access up to 13 live sets. The institute allows them to explore and learn in a collaborative setting, while getting the chance to interact with seasoned professionals and renowned stars of the industry.

ICE Launchpad maintains communication with 220+ partners, which comprise of production houses, editing and studios, casting directors, leading media companies, and broadcasting networks. It also provides students information about various opportunities in the industry. Students have lifetime access to the launchpad, services of which they can avail of at any given stage of their career. Accordingly, they can stay abreast with opportunities in the industry and apply for the one which best suits them.

The institute constantly encourages the students and boosts their confidence. Many production houses, casting directors, studios, and so on have opened their doors for the students. ICEs efforts and the hard work of the students have assisted them in attaining 90% successful placements, with success in acting being 80% while the film making academy has seen 100% success in placements.
