Ashwin Ajila is the Founder of iNurture whose strategic insight has taken the organization towards new academic frontiers. He started his career as a CA from KPMG Peat Marwick, UK. Being a multi–faceted personality, Ashwin has brought about a transformation of his ideas into profitable businesses. His interest towards entrepreneurship pushed him towards founding iNurture Education Solutions in 2009 which has become a significant innovation in higher education.
Apart from Ashwin, the iNurture team comprises people with expertise from a variety of industries. Their contributions and an understanding of the education industry have been the main driving force in achieving the organization goals. The ones who have worked tirelessly are Lakshminarayanan, the Chief Learning Officer, an industry veteran and an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore. He has been a part of iNurture Education Solutions since 2009 and is one of the earliest employees. He also has a vast amount of experience of over three decades in Brand Marketing, New Media and Advertising prior to becoming a part of iNurture.
Dr. Shradha Kanwar is another academic professional who has helped the organization with her twenty years’ experience in the fields of interdisciplinary – knowledge building, strategic performance and 21st century meta-competencies. At iNurture, she drives ‘Learning Studio’ which is a key enabler for excellence. Her prowess revolves around building futuristic education strategies and designing learning centers of expertise.
