Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday announced that the state will reopen its schools for class 9 and class 10 from today. Students can continue to their physical classes from 14th February 2022. This decision was taken at a meeting in Hubli on Sunday.
Regarding the decision of reopening the PUC’s, colleges, and universities, the state will decide after reviewing the COVID-19 situation in the state.
“I’ve instructed the DCs, SPs, and school administrations to conduct a peace committee meeting. Schools for higher classes and degree colleges will re-open after reviewing the situation”, said Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai.
