Funded by the Manchester School District, along with a credit union and a consortium of local banks giving additional financial support, this NCDE initiative was began with NH Digital Equity and PlanITROI’s representatives distributing ten units of refurbishes computer laptops each at West High School and at Parkside middle school.

The NGO’s which buys old computer laptops and after refurbishing delivers them to those students in need under the new student’s tech-training program of the city school district.

NCDE’s aim is to provide policy education and technical assistance which will lead in digital equity for educational and economic inclusion.
