The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), which works under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), has announced its collaboration with Podar Eduspace, an education technology organization focused on student programs ranging from research, volunteering, and skill development.
Podar Eduspace will be appointed as an NSDC skilling partner and will provide its WorkEx Bootcamp and 21st century Digital Skills Bootcamp programs as part of the collaboration. It strives to bridge the gap between industry and education in colleges, promote employment, and assist candidates in upskilling across India, mostly in corporates and universities.
Sanjeeva Singh, executive vice president of CSR and Skill Development Financing, NSDC, and Vedant Podar, CEO, of Podar Eduspace, inked the collaboration agreement.
Students can access a 4-module curriculum with tracks in conjunction with Harvard Business School Online and Podar Enterprises through Podar Eduspace’s upskilling initiative. In addition, the courses will concentrate on industry-level skills such as data analytics, business strategy and data science, cryptocurrencies, and the metaverse.
