Open House will be held by Great Bay Community College

On January 11, from 4 to 6 p.m., Great Bay will hold tours and an open house at its Portsmouth campus. During this time, prospective students can look over course offerings, get to know staff, counsellors, and fellow students, find out about extracurricular activities and support services, and find out how to pay for a debt-free college education.

A variety of flexible formats are offered for courses, including as online, hybrid, and in-person on campus options. Additionally, students can choose the most convenient day to attend classes in person or virtually with the Hyflex method. Great Bay has over 50 degree and certificate programs with hundreds of courses.

Students from New Hampshire who make less than $50,000 per year may be able to attend Great Bay for free. Students studying early childhood education can presently take up to four classes for free per semester.

This open house activity aims to assist students find the best course for them by introducing them to the available courses, answering any questions they may have, and addressing their concerns. This exercise will allay any questions and speed up the admissions procedure. Selecting the appropriate courses might be confusing for students. Teachers, counselors, and faculty members are present at the open house to engage in candid conversations with the students.
