Laying the foundation of the P.P. Savani Group of Schools in 1982, Vallabhbhai Savani decided to start an educational institution where children from all sections of society could gain an education. Unable to complete his education due to adverse situations, Vallabhbhai understood the importance of education deeply. He launched the first school at Khodiya Nagar in Varachha.

The Stronger Roots
Vallabhbhai was always inspired by his elder brother Late Premjibhai Popatbhai Savani. To remember the values and principles given by Premjibhai, Vallabhbhai decided to develop schools under an umbrella bearing his name, so P.P. Savani came into existence.

Savani Group was founded in 1987 by Mr. Vallabbhai Savani, the President and a first-generation entrepreneur of the family. In 2017, the group launched P.P. Going Above and Beyond
PPSU supports students who are interested in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. There are weekly expert talks, workshops, conferences, and training sessions for students interested in co-curricular activities. As it is located close to Panoli GIDC and Ankleshwar GIDC, it arranges regular company visits to industries to understand the working culture of the industries.
The University has an excellent indoor and outdoor sports activity infrastructure for the overall development of the students. Along with the teaching-learning process, PPSU’s faculties have put effort into developing the students in extra-curricular activities, which helps us contribute to their overall development.
Today P.P. Savani Group is not limited to education but also social service, health, and community well-being. P.P. Savani Heart Hospital is where patients get every treatment – even if it cannot bear the cost, it is arranged through donations. E M Charitable Trust is another attempt, where aspiring civil services students and GPSC (Gujarat Public Service Commission) are given coaching at nominal fees.
Preparing for the Future
PPSU has tied up with SAP, the primary ERP solution provider in the Manufacturing Industries. The students can learn this program at a very subsidized cost and quickly get a place in MNC. “We are also teaching a compulsory foreign language to the student, which helps them to carve their unique skill sets to work along with the competitive world,” Vallabhbhai explains.
The University identifies the orientation of the students after passing out and categorizes them according to their choice. “We distribute them into the following categories: those willing to go abroad for their higher studies, those who want to work in industry, and the last who want to become an entrepreneur. We groom them and arrange training sessions based on their choice to achieve their goals. We have a team of highly specialized trainers in grooming the students as per their orientation after completing their course,” Vallabhbhai concludes.
