About the Director & Dean

Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal, Director, SISTec always dreamt of being an entrepreneur since his childhood. At an early age, He learnt to spin relationships to meet expectations of his Father. Today, He is the visionary and has set up the most ultra-modern textile unit to evolve Central India’s largest conglomerate business group – Sagar Group. He is B Tech. in Civil Engineering from NIT, Bhopal. With his tangential thinking with a 360 degree spin he has evolved Sagar Group as the largest innovative and excellence educational group. His innovative ideas and diversification has set new trends in industry. His Mantra for youth is, “To believe in your dream. Involve and trust your people to live in your dream to evolve.”

Dr. Abhishek Tripathi is Dean (Academics and Operations) of SISTec MBA. PhD in Finance from Gauhati University, MBA in Finance from International American University, California, MBA in International Business from EIILM University, M.Com from Techno Global University, LLB and is a Certified Accounting Analyst (University of Pennsylvania, USA). He is also a Ted Ed certified motivational speaker and Ted Ed club leader.  Twelve of his research papers have been published in various national and international journals and designated as the reviewer for various journals of international repute.

Spectrum of Innovative Courses

SISTec School of Management Studies offers MBA in Finance, Banking & Financial Services, Human Resources, Marketing, and Retail Management. It has collaborated with IIM Kolkata for Carpe Diem 2017-18, Make Intern for workshop in Digital Marketing, ICICI Prudential for Stock Mind Workshop and TWG International for International Job Market skills. It also offers ten vocational certifications in – Equity Research, Financial Engineering, Tally ERP, PGC in E-Commerce and Certified Digital Marketing Professional from IIEC. SISTec MBA delivers a certificate course in Project Management & Project Finance in collaboration with Management and Strategy Institute, USA to all its students with each student presenting and publishing a research paper in conference or journal. SISTec-MBA offers house training certification courses on Stock Market, Credit Management and Financial Modeling etc. and is known in Central India for 100% placements & paid internships. Its teaching constitutes 20% of university syllabus and 80% of certifications and workshops with a compulsory intern for six months all its students. SISTec is also known for its M. Tech and B Tech specializations in Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics, Electricals, and Civil with SIPTec for its B. Pharma and M. Pharma streams.
