Students Create Hygiene Stations Inside Campus Bathrooms in Liberty High School
Hygiene Stations

Liberty High School students developed a campus effort to offer hygiene goods to peers. Inside many campus bathrooms, Liberty High School’s student council placed several bins full of hygiene items. The effort was intended to show kids respect for ‘Respect Week,’ according to student council advisor Ashelee VanEss.

Tampons, deodorant, and sanitation wipes are available in the school bathrooms. During a staff development day, the student council pushed to make the bins a reality. The project is led by three first-year members and their mothers. The restroom bins are replaced as frequently as possible, and money raised by the student council contributes to the project’s success.
