Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology has fully developed infrastructural facilities with university recognized research centres in all the departments. Besides having digital classrooms, state of the art labs, it has Wi-Fi facility in the campus. It offers a wide range of academic programmes which include: B.Tech., – CSE, ECE, MECH, EEE, CIVIL and IT. M.Tech., – Power Electronics, Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI, CAD/CAM and Nano Technology. The college strives to impart technical education that encourages independent thinking, develops strong domain knowledge and positive attitudes towards holistic growth of young minds.

Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology is awarded The Best Engineering College in Andhra Pradesh in the year 2013 by INDO ITALIAN RESEARCH CENTRE, New Delhi. It has also received Excellence Award by World HRD Congress, Mumbai for Academia and Industry Interface among all the Engineering Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The college also got Best Academy for CISCO Programming Courses for the year 2017.

A renowned academician and an elite persona, Dr. Satrasala Ramesh Babu is the Secretary and Correspondent of Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology. He established the platform to provide quality technical education to rural students. The college was started with three programs and has grown strength by strength under the guidance of visionary leader Dr. Satrasala Ramesh Babu, who further went on making greater strides in the fields of Education and Research by providing Polytechnic, U.G and P.G courses along with MBA & MCA courses.
Dr. S. Ramesh Babu received the prestigious International and National awards for his dynamic leadership like Indo Italian Award in 2013 from Mr.SharathYadav, MP at New Delhi, Certificate of Excellence from IBM – Blue Mix in 2015, Indira Priyadarshini National award by Heath Care International in 2006 and Rashtriya Vidya Saraswathi Puraskar by International Institute of Education and Management in 2006 and Excellence Award for JKC from Dr. Y.S. Rajasehar Reddy, Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh.
