In co-operation with Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands; STIE Triatma Mulya in Bali was established in 2009, to develop young professionals to become authentic leaders and problem solvers for the tomorrow. Personal guidance and a strong focus on practical learning play are an important part in the study programme offered at the institute.
At the campus site, all subjects are taught in English by lecturers from different parts of the world. The campus in Bali, Indonesia is located in the southern region of the island, where everyone will be welcomed in a pleasant, professional study environment with a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Being based in Bali not only gives the opportunity to study in one of the most popular tourist destinations around the world, but it also offers an inspiring environment, with its stunning nature and unique Hindu religion. The campus has all the state-of-the-art facilities that are needed for professional learning such as Auditorium, Classrooms, Meeting room (PBL rooms), Computer lab, Library (and digital library), Wine tasting lab, Outside lounge area, Canteen, and a Meditation room.
While studying, students get an opportunity to become a member of the Student Representative Council and develop their organizational and leadership skills and organize the activities. This implies that the students are usually not only busy with their education life but are also busy with experiencing Bali’s culture and its offerings.

The institute has grown multi-dimensionally under the adept leadership and guidance of I Ketut Putra Suarthana, who is the Chairman of Triatma Mulya Stenden. He was born in Gianyar, and has a very rich educational and corporate background. He accomplished his Doctoral Programme from Udayana University Tourism and has done his Master of Management (MM) from STIE Jakarta.
