The University of Alaska Anchorage stated that the students living in the dorms this fall, must be fully vaccinated. Around 400 students are expected to live in the residence halls and apartments of the university. It is mandatory for students to get vaccinated. But if they don’t, they have 45 days to get vaccinated if they wanted to stay in the campus.

Mr. Bruce Schultz, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs said, “To minimize the chance of community spread, which would be detrimental to the academic pursuits of large numbers of students, UAA requires that all residents be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.”
