92% Educational Workers in Nashik City Got At least One Dose of Vaccination

Over 9,500 teaching and non-teaching personnel in Nashik city’s public and private schools have received at least one dose of the Covid vaccination so far, accounting for 92 percent of the entire staff. The education department of the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) reported that the majority of teaching and non-teaching employees in schools in the city limits have been vaccinated.

Across all of the city’s schools, there are 8,306 teachers and 1,971 non-teaching personnel. There are 4,589 teachers and 820 non-teaching staff members, who have been fully vaccinated among them. At least one dose has been given to 3,182 teachers and 940 non-teaching employees. 746 employees, including 535 teachers, have yet to receive their first dose.
