ISM (Indian Service Machine) UNIV was established in the year 1994 as a small-scale industry to assemble and resale service personal computers, and soon after diversified as a small training institution offering special IT courses to enhance the employability and values of engineering professionals. Hardware repair, network management, and qualification courses such as MCSE, CCNA, Android, and Linux are all offered by the institute.
As the institute gained experience in training, it completely closed the PC resale vertical and concentrated on training and consultancy.

Training Industry-ready Professionals
Over the period, the institute focused on training clients on embedded systems, having identified its strength in embedded system design and development, acquired expertise in this domain and collaborated with the embedded industry to offer industry-relevant training programs.
Since ISM’s embedded training business over the years was very encouraging, the institute decided to launch embedded consultations for its corporate clients and started designing their own products. Today they service seven embedded blue-chip companies in the country and overseas. Recently, ISM has also bagged an R&D (research and development) project from a prestigious client for the next three years.
