Aditya Engineering College was established in the academic year 2001-02 under the Aditya Academy, Kakinada which is approved by AICTE and affiliated to JNTUK. With the rich experience of 19 years in the education field, Aditya Engineering College offers 9 UG and 8 PG programmes in engineering, MCA, MBA and MBA (integrated).
Situated in Surampalem, the campus is spread over an eco-friendly area of 180 acres. The campus encompasses four academic buildings that strongly stands in 44,524 sq. mts. area. Apart from this, the campus has made two boy’s hostels and one girl’s hostel to provide on-campus accommodation.

Aditya Academy as a whole was initiated with Dr. Nallamilli Sesha Reddy’s vision to provide academic excellence in technical education that are accepted globally. Dr.Nallamilli Sesha Reddy, the Founder of Aditya Academy, began his career as a lecturer. From studying under kerosene lamps to attending the school of inadequate buildings, he had faced struggles in his childhood. He believes that no student should be deprived of education due to the unavailability of quality education.
With a similar aim, Dr. Nallamilli Sesha Reddy started Aditya Academy. After years of dedication towards the cause to deliver quality education, today, Aditya is set to provide education from KG to PG level. He has led the academy mainly with three aspects – initiative, determination, and commitment. He says, “The development has been consistent because we never took the middle ground – uncompromised in providing infrastructure, dedicated teaching faculty, and policy that adapted to the changing needs.”
