Hrridaysh has been in the field of education for over 27 years. Presently, Hrridaysh is the Vice-Chancellor of Ajeenkya DY Patil University and a member of Governing Body and Board of Management of the University. He is the Director of Ajeenkya DY Patil Group and Grand Port Hospital, Mumbai.

He has been associated with the India Design Council (IDC) as its consultant advisor. IDC is a national strategic body of the Government of India established under the aegis of the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion. He has been the jury member for the world’s largest student design competition – Taiwan International Student Design Competition in 2015 and 2017.

Over the years, he has acquired proficiency in business innovation strategy and design-driven innovation. He focuses on structured innovation practices for organizational innovation via appropriate tools, methods, and processes. He has worked on several committees on innovation and has been a speaker at many prestigious forums. Through his work, He has assisted leading companies across a range of industries. He edited a compilation of 4 volumes of Indian innovation case studies for the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Under visionary leadership and with a team of highly qualified educators, the School of Law overcame all the beginner’s challenges and commenced functioning seamlessly. However, in the current scenario of covid pandemic and educational institutions’ lockdown, it faced little difficulties in going digital for law education, especially for final year students.

With the outbreak of the pandemic and lockdown, the entire ADYPU quickly adopted the online learning platform. It continued the learning, training, and placement drives with digital engagement activities. The school is providing online classes, conducting semester examinations regularly. Recently the ADYPU commenced Digital Convocation for the students of the academic session 2020-2021.
