The Department of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) released the guidelines for reopening of schools in Delhi. According to these guidelines, maximum 50% students are allowed per classroom. The DDMA also suggested students not to share lunch, books, copies, and stationery items with each other.

The DDMA advised schools to prepare timetable according to the occupancy limit of schools. To avoid crowding at the time of entry and exit of students, there should be a gap of at least one hour between exit of morning shift and entry of first group of evening shift, in the schools working in double shifts.
