She had joined the school in 1989 and went up the professional ladder. She holds a plethora of educational qualifications such as M.A. (Eco.), M.A. (Edu.), B.Com (H), B.Ed., and Ph.D. in Education. Dr Mehta is a Master Trainer under Intel Teach to The Future Program and Principals’ training in Strategic Leadership Skills at IIM Ahmedabad organized by CBSE. Dr Mehta Visited 12 different countries with a group of Principals to learn the finest education system in the world.

Dr Mehta is a great speaker and has participated in several seminars on various topics. As CBSE Resource person, she has been a part of seminars on topics like Classroom management, Importance of Gratitude, Challenges in post COVID schooling, Decoding NEP2020 and many more. She has been associated with seminars on other topics like ‘should vaccine be given to children’ by KK Heart Care Foundation, ‘Foundation Literacy and Numeracy’ by Edu leader Summit conference, ‘Skill required in 2030’, News Channel K12- ‘COVID warriors experience- strategies & suggestions’ etc.
Dr Mehta addressed the Conference on “Educational Travel & Ecotourism: Expanding Horizons” organized by PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry, where the denizens of tour and travel from public and private sectors had gathered.
Presenting Most Valuable Papers
Dr Mehta has presented 20 and more papers / articles on many diverse topics like ‘High Achieving Schools’, ‘Teaching & Learning Strategies’, ‘Media Literacy- the Need of the Hour’, ‘Green Environment’, ‘Gender Sensitization’, ‘Reimagining education in post pandemic’, ‘Blended Learning in the Future of Education’ etc. which are published in National & International Journals and newspapers.
Contributing Profoundly and Accomplishing Glorious Feats
With the aim of empowering teachers to become transformational leaders, Dr Mehta motivates her staff to use their years of experience in teaching. She advises them to use the ideal time during the pandemic in fruitful research work which will help them to be more confident and efficient in teaching and learning and will give them a better understanding of the students, especially post COVID. Groups are prepared as per the subject expertise of the faculty and 17 Topics were decided by the group. Work of teachers are compiled in an International Journal.
It was a proud moment for Red Roses when 20 students performed on 2nd October 2021 at the 152nd Gandhi Jayanti Celebrations at Gandhi Smriti and 170 students participated in the Republic Day Parade 2015 at Rajpath.
She is a member of a core group of SCERT for development of standard and grading of schools.
She is a member of CBSE School Inspection Team, CBSE Resource Person, Observer for JEE, AIPMT and CTET examination and Centre Nodal Superintendent.
Community Work
After the second wave of COVID -19 children were feeling very depressed. In order to bring smile on their face an activity called “Through the Lens” was conducted to bring positivity among the students in a playful way method…A webinar on “Blackfungus” was conducted to create awareness among parents. Happy Heart 2.0 Feathers of Hope activity was conducted to spread the light of education in the lives of underprivileged kids. Both offline and online activities were conducted to teach communication skills to those children. Donated personal hygiene materials to different NGOs to equip them with basic protection in COVID situation. Also Donated 200 PPE kits to Hospital. Extending of Financial help to social causes like HelpAge India, Saksham, Goonj and during natural disasters. Helping Armed forces every year.
Initiating Innovations in School
“It was a privilege for Red Roses Public School to be a part of most acclaimed “The Indian Toy Fair 2021″, envisioned by our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi for encouraging Atmnirbhar Bharat and Vocals for local by 2022,”. This fair was organized by The Ministry of Textiles, in collaboration with other ministries, including the Ministry of Education.
Dr Mehta feels very proud of the fact that Red Roses Public School was one of 11 schools selected out of 267 schools of Delhi. Its students made toys with easily available materials by using their creativity and innovative thinking for better understanding of concepts and promoting experiential learning.
Enabling Students to be Useful Citizen of Society
EDU CASCADE (Learn Today- Lead Tomorrow) is an APP created by school’s students to solve the problems like high fees, inadequate study material etc. Teaching at school is done by teachers and students both. The Red Roses Public School is heading forward steadily but surely consistently by enabling the students to enter variety of professions and most importantly to be a useful citizen of society.
