The merger procedures were initiated after the employees of Parker Pen voted for it in the August of 2017. As per a press release, the merger would further boost the reach of its overall banking network with a further expansion into Southern Wisconsin. Trade analysts have acknowledged that such mergers would give its members an improved accessibility to more products and services.
