Under the ambitious Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda Scholarship initiative, which was introduced last year, the Jharkhand government has picked six tribal youngsters from the state to assist them pursue higher education at colleges throughout the world.

The government intended to sponsor 10 tribal students per year as part of the initiative, covering their tuition, travel expenses, and other expenditures while pursuing their master’s or higher degrees at international universities. Students from the SC community are expected to be involved in future rounds.
