Kaplan has been included in Newsweek’s list of the top 100 places to work in the world in 2023

Kaplan, a global educational services company, has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in the world by Newsweek. The prestigious list is based on a survey of over two million employees from various companies, ranging in size from 30 to over 10,000 employees. The rankings were determined by factors such as employee sentiment regarding their future at the company, alignment of values between employers and employees, diversity and inclusion, career development, and company leadership.

Gregory Marino, CEO of Kaplan North America, expressed his gratitude for the recognition, emphasizing the significant impact that employees have on the success of the company. Lisa Gefen Sicilian, chief administrative officer of Kaplan North America, highlighted the sense of unity and shared purpose among Kaplan employees, which enriches their working environment and contributes to their success in serving students and partners.

This accolade follows Kaplan’s certification as a Most Loved Workplace in the United States for the third consecutive year. Newsweek’s Global Editor in Chief, Nancy Cooper, highlighted the enduring importance of a positive culture in the workplace, stating that companies that prioritize their people naturally achieve success.

The methodology for the ranking involved a combination of BPI’s proprietary Love of Workplace survey, external public ratings from various sites, and direct interviews with company officials. Newsweek conducted extensive research to finalize the list of 100 companies and their rankings.

Kaplan, founded in 1938, aims to help individuals and institutions achieve their educational goals in an ever-changing world. With employees in 26 countries, Kaplan serves millions of students, professionals, and educational institutions globally. The company’s recognition as a Most Loved Workplace reaffirms its commitment to cultivating positive connections between companies and employees.
