With over two decades of extensive experience in sales with few of the leading organizations like Max Life Insurance, Eureka Forbes Ltd., and some more, Rajender is the veteran in planning and implementation of sales processes, governance framework and overall organization design. He has played a pivotal role as a founding member and as a part of senior leadership team of Max Life and led Agency as Director & Head-Agency Distribution till 2012. Throughout his career, Rajender has been a zealous catalyst in impacting organizations for creating humongous growth and learning opportunities for varied group of sales professionals.

Rajender is an executive coach from Columbia University, New York, USA. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Delhi University and has completed an Executive Business Leaders Program from IIM, Kolkata. He has also been awarded with the prestigious Chairman Award for Excellence at Max Group.

Besides his professional strengths, Rajender is a passionate marathon runner, ardent spiritual practitioner, a food enthusiast and a real movie buff.
