A diligent personality Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra is the Co-founder and Chancellor of Shobhit University, India. He is a prominent social entrepreneur based in New Delhi, who carries leadership roles in many organizations. He is a persistent advocate of the effective initiatives taken by education fraternities for the poor, secular values, crisis management through diplomatic and peaceful ways, globalized systems of learning, and peaceful co-existence.

His meticulous working and sheer determination have helped him in establishment & development of a number of higher education institutes, research centers, hospitals, and two universities in north India.  Also, he is very actively involved with a number of social organizations.

Acknowledging his contribution to society in the areas of education and additional concerns, he has been copiously awarded and gained notable honors. Recently ASSOCHAM conferred on him the “Lifetime Achievement Award 2018″.

The thrust areas of Biological Research in Shobhit University comprise development of the phytotherapeutics, development of the biomedical devices for elderly people, development of the Nano medicine, development of the innovative techniques for wastewater treatment, development of Biofuel from in vitro cultivation of microalgae, and development of the custom assistive technology devices for disabled.
