The Xavier School of Management secured 100% placement for the outgoing batch 2020-22. All 427 students got offers through the final recruitment.

XLRI has two types of post-graduate diplomas available, one is in Human Resource Management, and the other is Business Management. The campus is located in Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR. More than 90 recruiters took part in the placement drive, including 23 new recruiters who participated for the first time.

The average salary offered by recruiters to students is 30 lakh per annum that is more than the salary that batch 2020 has received earlier. The Director of XLRI, Fr Paul Fernandes, congratulated all the students for this achievement.

“We have great students who will take greater responsibility in India Inc as responsible leaders. We are delighted to announce that XLRI has achieved the feat of 100% placement in a record timeframe this year,” said Fr Paul Fernandes.
