Formulating policy for PG medical exams: Govt to Bombay HC

On Thursday, the Maharashtra government informed the High Court in Bombay that a policy for final year examination for MD and MS classes was being developed.

An appeal from the Justices S J Kathawalla and V G Bisht was lodged by Dr. Nishant Gabbur who was seeking guidance for post-graduate courses and dates for final year exams, which were postponed two times due to the Covid-19 pandemic, to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, at Nashik.

Assistant Government Pleader Jyoti Chavan told the court that PG students were involved in Covid-19 duties and the government was concerned about them.
